Like a single positive thought can change the direction of one's life. In the same way construction is a sector through which an entrepreneur has an option to choose the right path. Uttar Pradesh is a land of opportunities. Thus, entrepreneurship finds itself in the pool of creativity. We have seen since the last decade that the state demands development. Houses and roads needs are the main source. Bareilly city has pave its path by bringing some new projects. The district administrative officials plan to open airport. It also provides 2BHK and 3BHK flats at suitable prices with better services. Roads will also covert into four lane in some areas of the city. Due to changing lifestyle of a family, it is good step to increase the boundaries. Agra- Lucknow expressway has able to attract towards it.On the other side lucknow metro makes its presence in the eyes of others. In the recent years as the human efforts totally depend on the technology, which is not a good sign. We all know that all of us have a sea of natural knowledge. But cannot use it properly because of seeing ourself in others. Creativity is a tool by which many entrepreneurs moves ahead and able to bring stability in the life of others in oder to provide best construction services. Therefore, I can say that it works like our own body. So time to time changes or add values in the current system according to the needs and wants of a person, will show the internal and external awareness . Which directly or indirectly helps in enhancing their work.

INFRASTRUCTURE

It  is a route through which one can able to know the basic rights. It includes roads, railways, buildings  etc. The state like Uttar Pradesh has found many possibilities since Yogi government keep an eye on the improvement of construction of houses and basic facilities related to human life. It also point out the better quality roads in every city. But , there are also some hindrances while focussing on  the materialistic development. Some employees who are a part of this system only focuses for their own wellfare only. It is opposite to the nature. They want to know that we are all one. Every human has the right to fulfill their dreams. Due to this, we have seen that in most cities good quality material should not be used, which ultimately affects at the time of earthquakes. If we want to stop such things, firstly one has to focus on how to control the thoughts and feelings. Secondly, to know the true purpose of life. My suggestion is to give life training. So that when they enter into this field has to aware about one's own life purpose and others.
The other big hindrance is unawareness of their own rights. In the present situation every second person is just trying to copy other's standard. Recently, we have seen some kind development in the infrastructure sector. Either in four lane roads or metro projects in lucknow.
While making the roads, some contractors faced problems related to the houses which are build side of the road or trees planted beside the roads. We have to take some necessary decision with respect to both faces of living and non living well being.
Thus, I can say that without proper transparency among contractors and households in sense of providing resources or maintaining better understanding. Because while playing a role like this ego is a big hindrance in taking the quick decisions from both the parties.

ECONOMIC LIFE

Since the existence of life, humans were in search for food and shelter. In the early days when the money have no occurrence into the human life. One just exchanges his needs from each other. It is mostly done in villages. In 1800’s when the needs was limited due to limited resources. Most of them exchange their expectations on the basis of trust. But as the time passes, one knows the decrease in the transparency of thoughts and exchange of goods. So they adopted the concept of money. There are aspects of life between which a person actually acts- Birth and death. One should forget the true purpose of life. One should just engage in materialistic activities performed by others. One just focus on

What others are doing i.e. economic?  Activities. One has to focus on one’s own personality and goal. This is the basic foundation of an Indian economy. It is directly related to person’s economic and personal development. Every Indian focuses more how to move forward than others in financial race.

One wants to fulfill own needs instead of in a unit. Thus, the economy of our country does not rise efficiently as it demands in comparison to developed countries. The main difference is the mind set, means how to choose the right thought at the right time which helps in development of our country.

This is because of choosing the wrong path of life. It totally distracts from the light of knowledge. This

Due to this, GDP of our country will slower down. Our economy will be on a peak point if all souls take an inner as well as external oath that we trust all and work for others, not to be selfish in order to increase one’s wealth and the other is just a watch dog. While seeing the present condition of ours it is difficult to change due to the set pattern of thoughts with respect of lifestyle followed since eighty’s. It develops the habit of copying. With the time passes new technologies enter in our life which totally takes ourselves towards the darkness. In ninety’s on one side where one finds a space in long discussions, children are free to play outdoor games whereas on the other side due to the involvement of time, they are addicted  of technologies like smart phones which  bounded a person in a closed sided space. Today money is more important than a person’s value. But economic value demands something else. But what. This is the question in every person’s mind. They know the output. But it fills the outer layer of unawareness of being here over the mind. Every citizen of the country has the right to see and achieve the dream. But due to the engagement of some greedy person who makes a barrier. The overall economy depends on the basis of such sectors like real estate, health and education. Here health and education plays a key role in the development of a person. Because a person’s mental and physical growth decides the economic health. A household financial health depends on two factors- Awareness of mental thoughts and usage power. Savings and investments are the tools which decide the future of a person. In India still there are many souls who are living in villages not aware of how to use their earnings in a right manner which also helps in overall growth of India. Today earning is not a big deal but the matter is how to use it. Most persons just increase their living standards and lifestyle. Their focus distracts. If one donate some part of earnings to the society for the soul’s development than that day will be nearest in front of our eyes where we can see the transparency in our economy. And everyone will shines like a sun. That day will surely our India will called a gold bird.

Our economy depends on the banking sector which is the backbone of the country. But still there needs a transparency. It acts as an intermediary between a household and a businessman. Due to intervention of brokers takes unexpected advantage from innocent people. They may not in a situation to take a right decision relate to wealth and its usage. Alertness and awareness are the two tools with the help of one can come to a final conclusion in case of financial planning. Today most of the business class focuses more on profit rather than people. The ultimate aim of producing the products is to satisfy human needs as well as their satisfaction. But we see opposite of it. The customers or humans also very much responsible for that. They decide their necessities on the basis of neighbor or in a circle which they assist. This is the reason why most household expenditure is greater than income. Instead of focusing on

One’s own well being.  One is more interested in others life. This is the basic reason of unhappiness. One should more aware about other income, interest, living standard etc. On the other side whenever ask about his own track, one must always be confused. It looks like a man standing in front of the mirror wants to judge other personality. If the country wants to increase its boundaries in the field of every field of economy then it first focuses on micro level i.e. an individual basis.  It starts from the mind level, how to create a new positive thought at a right time, priority and selection of thoughts etc. Children play a key role in developing an economy, because of internal and external visions are clearer. They justify the things in a transparent way without any interpretation of others. We can learn from children, how they live their life and even they keep the foundation of future economy. So our target is to educate a child on a thought level, how to think in a particular area efficiently

CAREER

The word ‘’career’’ signifies the path through which a person decides a specified goal that how to achieve and when to achieve during the whole life. It identifies a person’s overall personality, which he wants to put in front of others. It is the quality of a person that how one shows his inner and outer capabilities after put a step forward towards his goal.

The goal, which one wants to choose, must be specific and clear because the path which he is going to choose, the whole life depends on it whether he wants to enjoy or retain his life purpose.  

Every person must explore his interest, which is the primary part in the process of achieving the goal. Interest in particular field is known if we move forward with a single step. We should know what enjoy or like to do. For example if I found that I am enjoying in writing related to some social issues then my responsibility is to check whether I enjoy this task or not. Then afterwards I will go to the secondary part that is to choose the specific institute in the preferred city. Before choosing any specific institute, I will ensure my financial condition is feasible for the same. According to the current financial position, I will decide which institute I will choose and in which city and next part is that the institute fulfills all my priority related to social, cultural activities and the quality of teaching.

There are various courses offered by institutes but we should decide which type of course we want to join related to our interest. We should basically enjoy what we do.

One should create a balance between personal life and career because after one stage one may prioritize and  engage more in the family than in career in order to attain peace in life. As the lifestyle changes very rapidly day by day and the new challenges comes in front of the  employees  and due to this one may be frustrated  because of the work pressure. So apart from selecting a career one may want to join such institutions which may also provide the personality development  courses.

Thus, Career is to be called as half marathon which one should face in every step of life.

So be positive and calm while choosing a career in favor of your interest and destiny. One may always show an attractive and emerging attitude with respect to quality of thoughts when one should sell to the interviewer.  

Transparency in the Economy

As the sun has a nature to spread light of knowledge and happiness in every person’s life, in the same way our Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a step forward in order to remove black money from the country. It brings transparency among political leaders and every household. He secretly works on this with the Reserve bank of India, called its name Demonetization. He announces that 500 and 1000 rupee note has been void from 8^th November 2016. Which means? Not even a single person can use such currency to fulfill their day to day needs. The decision taken by him passes a negative vibration to all corrupt people. Banks play a vital role as it act as an intermediary between household and the central government. Because of corruption sees in most of the departments, which directly or indirectly affect a person? It is a bigger challenge for Narendra Modi to come up with. Due to this decision, we have seen that crore of rupees have come out in the form of black money. It is mostly from businessmen and the person works on a post either he is working in any department or in a bank.

From my point of view, if we want to remove corruption from the country then pure transparency is must among every Indian either he is political leader or a labour class.  Policy is common to everyone.

If we want to improve our economy, just want to see and judge a person whose earning is Rs 30 per day. How one struggle in fulfilling the basic needs of life. The country has enough money to cover up the needs of every Indian. But due to the misuse of currency there is a gap between lower and higher class.

This may not be filled until one can understands the responsibility towards the development of economy rather than focus how to earn more money. Now a day’s most of us are just focusing on improving their own bank balance. Which is not beneficial of our country? At present a person should be selfish in comparison to economic growth of our country. A country shall never grow until every person grows in unit.

Every household has a full right to live their life peacefully. But it is not possible until one can understand his own value rather than the value of money. Because if one can focus on the development of the others, will guarantee that enhances the economic value also.

On the other hand, banking system assist as the backbone of Indian economy. Every financial transaction should be passed through the banks, and if the honesty and integrity not seen among most of the banking employees then the question arises how the financial growth will be transparent among Indians. Policies are formalized correctly and it is the responsibility of us to make it successful.

Like we seen in recent days how new 2000 currency notes not seen in ATM in most of the places. This is due to the habit of hungriness of money by most of the corrupt people. If these people want to see out of their limits, and live like a low earning person, then one should realizes the actual reality of life. One who sits in his luxurious home can never understand the truth of life resisting in a village. Most of the percentage of Indians is living in a village. Mostly of them are unaware of government policies and facilities provided to them. It is because of communication hindrance. Also the banking facilities might not be reached in some of the rural areas. On the other hand, the most of the political parties may take advantage on behalf of such innocent rural people by only fulfilling their pockets only. They only work for their own mutual benefits rather than focusing on the development of rural. Until their thought process do not change, any such policy like demonetization does not formulate in full mood. Many a times people blame directly on Modi government but the fact is different.   Like in a home the head of the family makes the rules regarding the better future of their children and if the children do not walk on the decided path, it might distract them. In the same way our country works.

The other side of a coin is digitalized India. It actively runs in some of the cities but still in the cities may work on it. Every person has a smart phone but it needs education in order to properly operate them. People must be careful while using it because if any wrong button is pressed or wrong amount is to be filled out, then it is transferred to somebody else. Thus, on one side it has many benefits like not to stand in queue or free from purse. Other side is the hindrance too in case of security. So before applying in all over India, firstly we want to educate people about security system and especially for rural people by sending teams to them and advertisement on television as well as broad on radio.

Demonetization is a good step but it does not work properly until every Indian come forward to make it successful. It passes to certain barriers which might face people these days especially for labour class who earns on a daily basis. My suggestion is to be patience. Behind every successful personality there is much pain insisted in him.

One can say beautiful lines- A success reach from the path of many pains and struggles behind it.

CORRUPTION

It tells the level of  mishappening or misconduct performed by a single person who is positioned either as a clerk or a minister.It is the situation in which a person does not aware about his quality of  life which he is living at present in terms of money. He gives more importance to money than the actual purpose of life.Today most of the souls are involved in earning money throughout the life and forgets that money can only buy materialistic things but neither peace nor happiness. He takes a wrong path because of  searching peace and happiness in the materialistic world which is temporary. He attached to those things which gives only temporary happiness and when that particular thing leaves out from his life, he becomes tensed or go into depression.
Thus, one person should always be aware that he will go for a permanent solution not a temporary one. But the question arises how it is possible. A person  must ask this question by talking to himself that why he engaged in all such activities related to money which gives only tension throughtout the life. what is the true happiness and where it is come from. The answer should come from inside that if he wants to attain peace then he should go for satisfaction. It is the only weapon through which one can live his whole life in happiness without any hindrance of other thoughts. During whole life one should engaged in maintaing their living standard  by comparing others. Now-a-days most of them  just copy and paste other's way of style. One should want to know that every person has a differnt life path which he wants to achieve but due to the involvement of others thoughts and feelings one may distracts his path and it is the rule of time the it does not give another chance built it up if once the that time passes out.
So, one should be aware about the purpose of life in time so that he may not confuse with his own thoughts and happiness will go far from him.
Thus, if we want to remove corruption from India, one should be aware about the true happiness in life and not the money. On the other hand comparion between the living standards of two families will be stopped in favour of the development of the country and the person because economic situation of the country depends on the quality of life that the person may live which includes the overall development of the soul which signifies the way of thinking, attitude and behavior towards the other person and the country. 

Current Education System Needs a Transformation

Education  is the basic right of every  child. Most of the schools and  colleges in India do not take the right responsibility in the overall development of a child. They just focus on how to earn more revenues instead of focusing on development of child's mind. This is the child who is the future of our country who plays crucial role in the economic development of the country. Thus  every teacher must take the responsibility to take the education in the right direction and in the right manner. But the main problem is a teacher himself does not know where he wants to go in life, so how he teach others. The basic concept is if know your right path then also you involve others with you. Today every child wants to take right knowledge and skills to be success in life but due to involvement of the  others he just copy and paste of others goals, skills, and achievements. He forgets his own identity. In order to identify the true identity he wants to know how to walk alone on his own life path with the overall control of his own mind  and this is possible when he stop comparing his path with others. In all  institutes one should able to learn how to think and how to manage his own thoughts which is either positive or negative. One should leran how to focus on only positive thoughts. Every parents in the country must take the responsibility their children to focus more on peace and happiness instead of earning more money in whole life .Money is just to fulfill our basic needs and if it transforms into the desires all tensions and diseases occurred. True education involves how one person actively put his words infront of others, his behavior pattern and how smartly he uses his five senses. Our country's development is directly related to a person's overall development and it is ppossible only by giving him the true education .
At present time most of the literate persons in India are on the high post but do not aware of how to behave in various situations in life and how smartly put their qualities infront of others due to their self respect and ego. This is big hindrance in achieving the organizational goals and involvement in the economic progress of the country.
So, we need a big transformation in the education system in order to achieve one's goal and this is possible only when every citizen of the country must be aware of his duties and responsibilities towards the country and his own life path. But it is possible when we fully aware of our thoughts.

CHANGING TRENDS OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR

In  day to day life where every person wants to move ahead  from another person , he forgets  his own life path because of comparing with others. Comparision among  thoughts , standard of living , behavior pattern and even living style with others is always harmful in order to achieve one's ultimate goal in life. Now-a-days every person is busy in just copying others polices, rules and regulations and even the flow of  ideas passed by the society since past two decades. They just blindly follow these ethics and policies without understanding the reality of their own life. At this point of time behavior plays a key role whether the the person working in an organization , sitting in a seminar or in a family their bevioral attitude decides where they wants to stand in the eyes of other person. It also affects the present market situation. Today whenever a person creates a single thought of buying any consumable product . Before going to the market and take final decision , he just keep an eye in neighbour's standard of living and from here onwards all the tension enters in the mind . He does not aware about his true necessity and reliability and even due to this the burden on his pocket which creates all tensions . Apart from this he is unknown about his true happiness moves away from him due to his behavior pattern. Changing behavior pattern of persons is a big challenge to deal with it.
Thus positive and energetic behavior pattern of a particular human being decides the economy of the country because economic growth depends on overall development of every citizen of the country.
Until every citizen freely lives his life happily only by only changing his behavior pattern in all aspects of life in order to achieve the destination of life.

Thoughts is the basic foundation to develop our personality. It is very much helpful in achieving our goals. So we always keep an eye to each and every thought. Our thoughts decide how we react in certain situations created during the whole day. Its quality decide where we stand in the society, in the organization or in the family. Our ultimate goal of life is to gain more and more happiness and also peace of mind. The main reason of our unhappiness is our attachment of thoughts with the other minds. We are born alone and die alone and in the middle stage we forget our true personality due to the dependence on other person. Every person has a different path to walk on but now a days we just copying others blindly without knowing the truth and due to this we are depressed , tensed and all negative effects affected on our body, and we say that how life is hell what is our aim and we covered our-self around a black wall . All this happened due to no awareness of a single negative thought which turns into a big disease . 

We can say that every soul has a different personality and has a different destination to achieve that. The key success in life is how to earn more and more peace instead of more and more money, because at the last stage of life no bank balance can give you peace instead of our own positive thoughts. But how we achieve this ultimate goal , just think how to act. The solution of this that we do karma freely without affecting by others. Just stop comparing from others because every person has his own unique personality and just focus on his own thoughts. What others saying about you has no importance but what you think about your-self is very much important. You must look inside of your-self and justify your inner qualities. No one can judge you except you because you are the only person who only created his own  destiny. So you have to talk to you-self in front  of the mirror once in a day in order to meet the best personality in the world. You are the one who has to be chosen to direct his own path of living.

Thus never waste time to judge other person lifestyle instead of our-self because you are born with some reason in the form of human body.
